So this is my last post before departure tomorrow and I decided to write this kind of post, because I don’t know how the situation with food will look like in France (of course I’ll be still on vegan diet) and if I could take photos of my food as frequently as I do it now at home :) Anyway, let’s see what I ate today!
I know it can be boring, but it’s fourth time I’m writing a post like this and I ate again pancakes for breakfast :D But this time they were with cacao, so they tasted like little brownies :) Btw, they’re banana coins between all the pancakes :)
So for lunch I made myself veggie wraps with romain lettuce, baked sweet potato, sweet corn, beans zucchini, capsicum and hummus I added later :)
That was the first time since a long long time when I’ve not been hungry after workout and I ate (only!) 1/4 of a big watermelon. I planned to eat more, because I don’t know when I’ll have the possibility to eat it again, but I just simply wasn’t hungry and I didn’t want to force my body to eat more than it needed :)
I also drank 3,5l through the day, because it’s really hot in Poland now and I need to stay hydrated :)
